Refund policy

Can I return or exchange the product?

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 114, purchased perfumes, cosmetics and personal hygiene items are not subject to return or exchange.

What should I do when delivered product is defective?

When you receive a product with a factory defect, you can return this product. To do this, you need to contact Yves Rocher customer service department by phone or e-mail and explain in detail the reason for the refund. In this case, you can also make a refund by approaching the point of sale where you purchased the product.

When returning a product, our employees first conduct a detailed review of it and, in the event of a factory defect noted by the customer, the product is returned.

Subject to the following conditions, you can return defective products within 24 hours, as well as exchange them for another product within 3 days:

1. Presentation of purchase receipt to courier or store representative;
2. Integrity of the purchased product;
3. Full refund of any accessories or additional gifts presented with the purchased product;
4. Detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Payment refund to the customer

1. If you purchase the product in cash, the payment will be refunded to you in cash.
2. If you receive the product with the card, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 1-14 business days.

Return of orders delivered by post office

Return of the order from regions, villages and other cities of the Republic of Azerbaijan is carried out by post office. And in this case, the postage service fee is paid by the customer.
